SHIPPING & TRACKING
All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Anoka, Minnesota. We kindly ask for you to allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse. *Please note, USPS and UPS are experiencing shipping delays and your order may take more time to deliver. Please refer to the tracking number on your shipment confirmation. For any questions, reach out to us at email@example.com.
Currently we are unable to ship internationally.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to accept items outside of this policy.
Items that are gifted can be returned for credit. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance with a gift return.
All items must have the original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. We will decline your return or exchange if we receive garments that are clearly worn, washed or without a tag.
All returns and exchanges (along with a copy of your Order Summary) should be sent to the following address:

We strongly encourage you to send a message to email@example.com to let us know if you are sending us a return or exchange prior to shipping your item(s). Returns and exchanges will not be processed until the items are received by VENOR. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the request is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received to process your request.
The customer is responsible for shipping on all product returns and exchanges.
Please be sure to indicate either on your Order Summary, or via email, whether you are returning or exchanging the item(s). Returns will result in a refund issued to the original payment method. If exchanging for a different style, size or color, please indicate the desired style, size or color you wish to receive. Note, exchanges are only available on items equal to the purchase price of the product being returned.
